Our attorneys, staff and volunteers handle civil cases free of charge for Minnesota`s most vulnerable people. With expertise and compassion, we work to provide fundamental legal protection so that our clients can achieve safety, autonomy and access to opportunities. In addition to direct legal representation, we work with policy makers and advocate for equal rights and protection of the law. Legal services are just that, services. We are happy to listen to our customers` wishes and ensure that they are put into practice. The well-being of our customers is our only concern and the way we work reflects this. We offer a personalized service, our lawyers speak to all clients directly on the phone. We also have an excellent team of staff who are well trained and have been with us for several years, they are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm to get in touch with clients when our lawyers handle other files. Amy is a paralegal who assists Rosemary with all matters relating to real estate services. Amy joined M.M. Frame & Co. in 2009 as a receptionist.

After a few years, she started working in the property transfer department and received her professional qualification as a residential transfer paralegal in 2015. Chloé joined M Frame & Co. in 2011 after successfully completing her Level 3 Certificate and Legal Secretary Diploma. Chloé started as a receptionist/administrator before helping out in the transfer department and over the past five years she has developed her knowledge and experience in the estate department. Unique and sustainable power of attorney (health and wellness OR finance and property) Caitlan is our newest recruit to join in June 2021 and is our receptionist and administrator. Caitlan holds a BTEC Level 3 Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Information and Communications Technology and Utilities. She joined her family`s law firm in 1976 and has since advised on residential and business transfers, wills, probates and protective courts. She is a member of the Solicitors for the Elderly. Rosemary graduated from the University of Leicester in 1981 with a law degree. Grandson of Margaret Frame, Robert qualified in 2008. After completing a Bachelor of Arts and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Universities of Brighton and Sussex. He then obtained the Certificate of Legal Practice at London Law School. Our fees for continuing powers of attorney from January 2021 can be a lengthy task, especially if a property is part of the estate.
